Queen Isabella was the queen of Spain. She riegned from 1451-1504. She was married to King Ferdinand.

Isabella was born on April 22, 1451 in central spain. She married king Ferdinand in 1469. Isabella became queen of Castile in 1474. in 1479 prince Ferdinand became king of Argon, and after he and Isabella got married their to kingdoms joined. This was the beginning of Spain. isabella was strickley Roman Chatholic and didn't like any other religions. therefore she and King Ferdinand made a court in which tehy treated non Roamn Chatholics very harshly. This cpurt was called the Spanish Inquisition. Later in 1492 king ferdinand and queen isabella forced all jews taht would not convert to Roman Chatholic to leave Spain. isabella and ferdinand tried to force all muslims from north africa or Moors, to leave Spain. Later in 1482 they defeted the last muslim kingdom,Granda. Later Isabella and Ferdinand supported Christopher Columbus on his voyage to the new world. Then, on November 26, 1504.
